1. How do I pay a ticket / fine?

You may come to City Hall and pay the Court Clerk in person during normal business hours, or you may pay your ticket at court on your court date listed on your ticket. Some violations have mandatory court appearances. For more information contact the Osage Beach Municipal Court or refer to:

2. Do I have to appear before a judge?

Some fines are payable out of court. For more information, refer to: Tickets and Fines

3. Do I need an attorney to represent me?

You are not required to be represented by counsel in our court; however, it is your right to retain an attorney.

4. Where is City court held?

City of Osage Beach Municipal Court is held at City Hall, 1000 City Parkway in Osage Beach.
