Monthly Financial Reports
The monthly financial statements are prepared by the Treasurer's Office with information provided by City management. These statements provide an overview of the City's financial position, including revenues, expenditures, and changes in fund balances. They also offer reliable and comparable reporting on cash, investments, and financial performance relative to the opening year cash balances and the adopted annual budget. The monthly financial statements are unaudited.
Monthly Financial Statements are typically available within the first week following the month of report.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), prepared by the Treasurer's Office in collaboration with external auditors, uses information provided by City management. The ACFR adheres to the financial reporting standards established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and follows the guidelines recommended by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
Since 1998, the GFOA has awarded the City of Osage Beach the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. This recognition is granted only to cities that meet the highest standards in governmental accounting and financial reporting.
Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports are available shortly following its release, usually by the end of June following fiscal year end, Dec. 31.

Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Reports
The Treasurer's Office compiles reports for all TIF projects currently active in the City of Osage Beach.
Annual Operating Budget
The City Administrator's Office is in charge of several financial reports, including the City's annual budget. The City Administrator, Assistant City Administrator, and City Treasurer's Office consult with each department to plan how the City will use its money and resources to support services and activities each year. The final budget is presented to the Board of Aldermen for approval and goes into effect every January 1.
