Permits & Fees

Subdivision- Request to subdivide land or lay out lots within the City limits via recorded plat. There are no fees associated with this application.

Variance- Request for a Variance permitting a zoned use of land or building that is not currently permitted in the district involved

Variance Application Processing Fee- $330 plus the cost of postage
