What We Do
At the City of Osage Beach, the Human Resources Department plays a key role in supporting employees across 19 departments who provide diverse services to the community. We manage labor and employee relations, while also overseeing benefits, compensation, recruitment, hiring, and risk management for up to 141 employees.
