City of Osage Beach water and sewer customers have many options to manage their utility bills. Using the buttons above, customers can easily manage their accounts. 

• View and pay bill online*
• E-billing enrollment
• Pay by bank draft via Electronic Funds Transfer (PDF)
• Customers can pay securely over the phone as well as hear real time balances, payment amounts and due dates.
• Customers can also make payments at the City Hall window or use the drop box outside City Hall after hours.

*All debit and credit card transactions will be subject to merchant fees starting Jan. 1, 2025. Payments made by bank draft are not subject to fees.
