5. How do I report a code violation?

The Building Department is in charge of code enforcement within the City of Osage Beach. The Code Enforcement Complaint Form is designed to help us identify and address community-wide concerns, such as safety and health hazards. It should not be used to settle personal disputes with neighbors; the Code Enforcement Officer does not intervene in civil matters.
